The 10-hour trip will see you spending a full day on the water, and is the best way to truly experience the Claoyoquot Sound! If you're an avid angler, you can spend the entire time targeting many species – usually, you'll split your time targeting Salmon (Coho and Chinook) during the slack tides, before switching to Halibut, Lingcod, and Rockfish for the remainder. Get a taste of what this fishery is all about! Rods, reels, lures, and tackle are included. Just bring a valid fishing license.

Fully Guided Fishing Charter targeting areas such as Bute Inlet, Toba Inlet, Denham Bay, Thurston, Hall Point. Areas renowned for large chinook and abundant coho. Large pods of white sided dolphins, orcas, humpback whales frequent these waters. In May and June early run chinook are common in these areas and often we see Tyee sized (30+lbs) salmon caught in these areas. Minimum charter length - 8 hours. Longer Charters can be arranged.

This southern Howe Sound trip starts out with dropping Prawn/and or Crab traps (depending on regulations) on your way to the fishing grounds. We venture out a little further into Vancouver waters with this longer trip although most fishing is still within 5/60 mins from the dock. This trip covers more area to see the sights and stay on the fish! On our return to the dock, you'll collect the traps and take home some Dungeness Crab and delicious BC spot Prawn! Need more time? Spend the day trolling for Salmon and bottom fishing for giant Lingcod, Halibut, and Rockfish. This trip pushes off just after sunrise with only a short run to the fishing grounds. We'll capitalize on the first light bite and have the opportunity to fish multiple tides and target multiple species, throughout the day. We'll also be dropping our crab traps on the way out, letting them soak full of bait for Dungeoness crab, while we're out fishing.
