You can keep the catch but there are strict regulations in the area. Per licensed person: 2 Mahi Mahi/ 5 Yellowfin Tuna/ 2 Roosterfish/ 5 bottom species. Per Boat: 1 Marlin. If you want your catch cleaned, there are cleaning tables at the dock, $20 for 5 fish, depending on the size.

Spend 7 hours on the bountiful waters of San Jose del Cabo and chase a variety of hard-fighting game fish with Capt. Nino. This trip will take you up to 40 miles from shore to have the best chance of catching big pelagic game fish, such as Blue Marlin, Sailfish, Yellowfin Tuna, and more. Included in the price are rods, reels, catch cleaning, and live bait when caught during the trip. You can choose to buy the live bait before the trip. You'll need to buy a fishing license before boarding, ask the captain if you need help with this. Don't forget to bring food and drink for the day, this can go into the captain's cooler.
