Leave Oregon Inlet and fish all day in the amazing blue waters of the Gulf Stream on a beautiful Blackwell 40' Express boat. Get in the action while catching everything from Tuna (all types) to Mahi Mahi to all types of billfish. The $2550 price includes the current fuel surcharge due to the extremely high cost of diesel fuel. It also includes the price of filleting the fish, something that likely saves you a few hundred dollars on a good day. Keep in mind the mate works for tips: 15-20% of trip cost.

This trip allows us to travel out to the Atlantic Ocean’s Gulf Stream. This South to North flow of warm water is where some of North Carolina’s most prized fish reside. We’ll be using big tackle to do battle with big fish. Different species are more prominent during different times of the year so be sure to ask if you are looking to target something specifically. A typical 12-hour trip consists of trolling and bottom fishing unless the trolling bite is hot or the group strictly wants to bottom fish.

From the moment we left the dock, the action didn’t stop. We hooked into two Wahoo on the way out and added two more before noon. The variety was incredible—we also brought in Amberjack, Mahi, and a beautiful Barracuda. Captain JT put us right on the fish, and first mate Josh worked tirelessly to keep the lines tight and the excitement high.

Captain Keith and first mate Dylan were excellent. They gave my son and me a fantastic trip. Very welcoming and pleasant. We caught a bunch of fish: wahoo, black fin tuna, yellow fin tuna, skipjack tuna, barracuda, and mahi. It was amazing!

We had a great fishing trip with Captain Keith & 1st mate Dylan out to the gulf stream. This was our 1st trip to the gulf stream & we couldn’t have been in better hands than with Dylan showing us the ropes on trolling in the ocean with multiple lines out. We caught several good fish like a 50 lb. Wahoo, 6 ft. Sailfish & several tuna & barracuda. Dylan didn’t miss a beat… a few ttimes we had multiple hook ups. Dylan was a great host & we had a blast. I will be using Wet & Wild again!

We had 10 guys on this trip. Captain Brian and first mate Danny were excellent. We caught our snapper limit in the first 2-3 hours of being on the water. Their help was great. We caught Red Sapper, Wahoo, Kobia, zamber Jack, and Mahi Mahi. The only feedback I would give is the morning debrief on how to use the rods was hard to hear over the roar of the engine so most of our group had to learn on the fly while we were fishing. All in all a great successful trip!
