Sunscreen and tons of water! ? even if you think you're drinking enough water, keep drinking water! There's a toilet on board, use it! Let the crew know what you're looking for, they know where the fish hang out and where the sharks hang out. It was a great time!

Me and my family wenton a 12hr trip with capt wayne in june last yr. Booked with another boat who overbooked and he gave us to capt wayne.WOW!! M arms were aching for 2 days after that trip.so we came back down this yr and tried a shark trip with Capt wayne.WOW! Everythang he said it would be pluss. Both trips underpromised over performed. Clean boat super friendly.excellent with kids and enjoys seeing you catch lots of fish. No salty language was used on the boat wich we appreciateand over. All super experience. When im in town ill be back on capt waynes boat

The crew's have a very good understanding of what types of fishing (trolling, drift, or bottom casting) and which baits will bring in the most fish. Following their recommendations will net you a great time!

Book an offshore trip with Tails Up charters, Captain Ed really knows the area and can put you on some real quality fish. While there are lots of inshore opportunities, offshore brings some serious fish opportunities.

Be sure to take sea sickness meds before the trip. Bring layers as it can be chilly in the morning trip out to the fishing spot. Bring a cushion to sit on, the seats are not padded. Bring water and a light lunch if it's an all-day trip. Bring binoculars to view sea animals while out on the ocean. Bring gloves for holding on the the pole and fish!

Normally not the best time of year, but had a very productive day. Ponce inlet is convenient from Daytona and VERY fast to get out to sea from compared to other places up the intracoastal / river.

Enjoy everything the area has to offer. Fishing is fun even if you don't catch everything you want "a bad day of fishing is better than a good day at work"

Since snapper season was only 1 day, unless you go out 30 miles it’s hit or miss on certain fish.

The marina was beautiful! The place was peaceful and a great location! There is also a 175 foot lighthouse here, tallest in Florida and one of the tallest in the USA!

Book out of Ponce inlet which will give you an extra hour plus of fishing as opposed to chartering out of Port Orange which is a long run to the inlet!

We fished off the bottom and had a lot of activity. Lots of Red snapper activity but caught all kinds of different fish.

It was very hot to be out in the sun for 4 hours. A cooler time of year would have been an even better experience.
