Plan ahead better for motion sickness. The first mate recommended Dramamine the night before and then again that morning. We waited until we were feeling sick and it was too late.

Based on my first time, I'd recommend booking with Jairo and Let's Go Fishing.
Aside from that, bring sunscreen and take Benadryl beforehand.

Expect troll, and be in shape to rèel in the fish. You may have to help your kids. Even a calm day will be a little rough as the water is very deep very close to shore. Tip your crew as that is how they get paid.

Great time, not a lot of fish, but we did go in afternoon where heat and wind pick up, as it does anywhere. The Father and Son team were excellent! They were courteous, personable and worked hard to get on fish.

Keep in my Aruba is windy. Expect that and come prepared if you get motion sickness. Our captain did a great job navigating the waves and swells but you can only do so much.

If you get motion sickness steer clear of this experience. Ended up being a really rough 4 hour boat ride more than it was a fishing trip. Only had one fish and that was thebibly action which led to a very rough day at sea under the conditions.

great time on the Dorothy. A short time into our trip we cought a Sail fish. captian and crew were excellent. i will book with them next time i am in Aruba.

be prepared for the winds! The best time to fish with less wind is around September-October. Other than that, you can expect the nausea unless youve got sea legs. I recommend not drinking the night before. haha
