Trip Summary

Just a few pics from three 3/4 day offshore trips this week. The big king was caught 5 miles off Ponte Vedra Beach and the Mahi were caught 4 miles off St. Augustine Beach. We never made it past 9 miles out (why run over the fish = more fishing time for the customer). We also saw two free jumping sails but couldn't get them to bite. Come go fishing on the "MisStress" with us. Capt. Guy

Ran way up salt water creek and fished the oyster bars with live shrimp n fiddler crabs. Not on fire but we managed 12-15 reds, 6-7 trout, 4 stingrays, 4 bonnethead sharks, a blacktip shark and a sheepshead. The boys (and adults) had a blast.

We boxed 8 vermillion snapper, 6 big lane snapper, a very large porgy, an almaco jack, 2/3 of a big little tunnyand a couple blue runners. We released over 50 red snapper (season closed) 10-15 small blue runners, untold amount of grunts and had bull sharks take a bunch of different kinds of fish. All in all a fantastic day.
