I booked Outcast for my 10 yr old grandson first inshore fishing trip in a boat. Capt Mike Midgett ran the boat and tried his best to put us on fish in the Roanoke Sound. As a local growing up on Roanoke Island, Capt Mike knew the area well and where to find big Red Drum and Bluefish. Unfortunately it was a tough day of fishing for all the charters but we enjoyed being on the water and learning from Capt Mike.
