Lake Michigan Smallmouth Bass Fishing Charters

This trip is an action-packed day of chasing Salmon on one of Michigan's most beautiful rivers. Fly rods, reels, and all necessary tackle are included on all fly trips. Spinning gear, bait casters, and tackle can also be supplied for your convenience. Full-day trips include a stream-side lunch. This trip typically accommodates 1 or 2 anglers, but a 3rd person can be added if you are fishing from the Jet Sled (only).

This trip is not designed for any particular species. You typically start off looking for toothy critters and end the trip looking for Trout. Fish to be potentially caught: Skamania Steelhead, Brown Trout, Northern Pike, Walleye, and Bass. Salmon trips don’t start until Sept 1. We do run Lake Mich charters. We fish crawlers under floats and bottom bouncing. We also cast jigs and body baits for other fish. Due to size of engine, only 2 adults allowed, or 2 adults one kid. There is a 3rd person fee

You will go anywhere you want to fish from the UP all the way to Ohio. There is a $50 travel charge for out of town trips.

Spinning or fly trips available. Trophy trips are available as well. A great introduction to fly fishing or just a great way to spend an afternoon casting crankbaits and catching fish.

If you are a person that gets seasick but still wants to have a fun adventure on a big lake, this is the trip for you. Let's start off trolling for Salmon, Trout, and Steelhead as the sun rises over beautiful Crystal Lake. These silver fish range from 2 - 10 lbs. they dont grow as large as their Great Lake cousins. I'll clean all Silver Fish and up to 10 Rock Bass.

Targeting Smallmouth, Pike, Largemouth Bass, Trout, and anything else that bites! A favorite trip length and the best value! Use light tackle and gear specific for whatever species you're looking for. Snacks and drinks are included in the price. You can upgrade to a grilled lunch. Fishing options include the Muskegon River in Newaygo, the Tittabawassee River in Midland, and the Pine River in Alma. 6-hour trip. The season is from May to November.

A full day on the water. This trip is set up for those just getting into it. A full day gives plenty of time for instruction for new anglers or experienced anglers looking to learn a thing or two from an experienced guide.
