Wanchese Little Tunny (False Albacore) Fishing Charters

With this trip, we're allowed to go a little bit further and look for bigger fish. We could possibly pull up Blacktip Shark or fun fighting Tiger Shark, or possibly go to a tower and catch Amberjack and possibly find Mahi Mahi not far from there. Or we can just stay close to the beach for a longer boat ride.

We fish generally 1-5 miles off the beach. This trip is an extension of our half day. This gives a little more time to cover more ground and possibly find some different fish. Depending on the time of year, we catch bluefish, spanish mackeral, ribbon fish and false albacore.

You'll be targeting red drum, black drum, cobia, black seabass, speckled trout, flounder, triggerfish, sheepshead, rockfish, amberjacks and more. All weather/situation dependent. You'll use multiple techniques including jigging, trolling, live bait, and cut bait. Up to 4 people join this trip. Capt. will decide inshore/inlet/nearshore based on conditions, tide, wind, clarity ect for best opportunity all around.

This trip is similar to the 4-hour half-day trip but gives you the opportunity to fish a little longer without spending all day on the water. This trip is primarily fishing within 5 miles of the beach. You'll be fishing for Bluefish, Spanish Mackerel, False Albacore, and Ribbonfish, and keeping a close eye out for a school of Red Drum and Cobia. This is the perfect trip for families, beginners, or anyone looking for a fun trip. If you're targeting Cobia, this trip is recommended. Seasonal.

A 3/4 day nearshore charter is designed for the more adventurous anglers and groups that want to spend a bit more time on the water. This trip includes everything normally done on a half day nearshore charter but we venture out a bit further off the coastline to fish for other species like King Mackerel and Sharks.

You could be fishing up to 20 miles offshore. It all depends on the Sea Conditions. You will be fishing over wrecks and structures. We will troll, Jig, or use live bait. Theres a 5% fee If you pay your balance with a Credit card.

On our extended 3/4 day trip, we can fish further offshore over wrecks and structures. There's a 5% fee If you pay your balance with a Credit card.

Want plenty of time to find the fish and explore different fishing grounds? This is the trip for you! We will start trolling for Spanish Mackerel, King Mackerel, Bluefish, and Ribbonfish! Exploring various wrecks, we'll also attempt to catch some sharks. Depending on the season, we will always be on the lookout for Cobia or Red Drum. We can drift for Flounder, Trout, Black Seabass, and croakers! Please note that we do not go as far as the Gulf Stream, so catching Tuna or Billfish will not be possible.
