Captain John is one of the premier offshore fishing captains in the entire area. He won the Big Rock blue Marlin tournament in 2020 and is a three-time Big Rock blue Marlin outboard division champion. He Has many incredible offshore landings, to include multiple giant bluefin tuna over 750 pounds in several blue Marlin releases and catches. . A fishing license and gear are provided. Stay in the inshore or nearshore waters up to 5 miles from the coastline. You'll spend 5 hours going after exciting species such as King and Spanish Mackerel, Bluefish, Cobia, and even Sharks. Try bottom fishing and jigging and you may just get to take a tasty treat home with you.

Get ready to head a whopping 55 nautical miles out to the Gulf Stream! This trip gives anglers of all ages and skill levels the chance to target some world-famous big game fish – a huge variety of Tuna, Wahoo, Mahi Mahi, Sailfish, Marlin and plenty more will all be on offer. This is one of your captain's most popular and fun trips! He'll show you the best techniques to use, and will make sure you're hooked up with rods, reels, bait, lures, tackle, and a fishing license. Just bring snacks and drinks.

Our personal favorite trip. We will be running about 55-60 miles out to the gulfstream to troll with heavy tackle for Tuna, Wahoo, Mahi and Sailfish. This trip can be great year round and is also very good in the winter months for Wahoo and Tuna. We will also do a little bottom fishing on this trip if the trolling is slow.

Go out 10-12 miles for several different big game species! Best during the summer months of June,July,August and September.

A 10-hour trip to the Gulf Stream for Mahi, Wahoo, Tuna, and Billfish. Possibility of deep dropping for bottom fish to round out the day. A Mate will accompany all fishing charters and works for tips. 20% of the total trip price is customary.

This 12-hour fishing adventure is for the hardcore anglers that what to try and get that trophy Wahoo, Mahi Mahi, Tuna, or Billfish. These trips are long runs but offer a great chance to get on a fish of a lifetime and to fill the freezer. We will be trolling for many different pelagic species and bottom fishing for Grouper, Snapper, Triggerfish, and many more.

This trip allows us to travel out to the Atlantic Ocean’s Gulf Stream. This South to North flow of warm water is where some of North Carolina’s most prized fish reside. We’ll be using big tackle to do battle with big fish. Different species are more prominent during different times of the year so be sure to ask if you are looking to target something specifically. A typical 12-hour trip consists of trolling and bottom fishing unless the trolling bite is hot or the group strictly wants to bottom fish.
