You will leave the dock around 1:00 p.m. for 6 hours of fishing on the beautiful Chesapeake Bay. You will target Rockfish by trolling, chumming, live-lining, as well as bottom fishing. You will return to the dock around 7:00 p.m. Light snacks and bottled water are provided. NOTE: 20% gratuity for the mate is customary and not included in the price of the charter. Departure and return times may vary.

During the summer rock fishing season, anglers may keep 1 fish per person with a minimum size of 19 inches. Bottom fishing for Spot and Perch and trolling for Bluefish and Spanish Mackerel may also happen during this season.

Afternoon fishing trip.

This is a one angler and guide trip. Great opportunity to “tune up” your casting and fly-fishing skills. You will be the only one fishing and have the boat to yourself. We will be fishing our Hewes 21 Redfisher. It is equipped with Garmin electronics (Hummingbird side scan coming this spring), a 300HP Yamaha and a Motor Guide trolling motor. Rod holders…GOT THEM!!! The 6-hour trip is the suggested trip for those looking for a complete Chesapeake Bay experience. It allows enough time to catch plenty of fish even if we have to run far to get them. This trip allows you the best bang for your buck especially if you want to target Striped Bass. Note: The trip departure time may vary depending on weather, tides, and sunrise times.
