Great experience for relatively novice fishermen. Dillon was of great help to us and his experience was exceptional. He was helpful in every way. A great guy to go fishing with.

Scott Sweeney
Try to plan your trip for the dates that your specific target species is at its best.. Beautiful place and always something biting

Melissa Goettl
Pick up is currently in Captiva, so the drive can be long from Fort Myers with the traffic. Overall, it was a wonderful time though!

John Dunham
Know the difference between in shore and off shore and what the possible catch options are during the time of year you want to fish.

Tim Schmidt
He’s very patient and helpful in pointing out things ( tricks) to make more hookups
I’ve personally fish with a few guides and I think he’s a KEEPER
My son , was all smiles !!

Gary Marshall
Hire an experienced guide and choose the time of year wisely, fishing is not great year round, in my opinion.

Joshua Del Fiacco
Fishing in cooler weather can be hit or miss. Enjoy just being out there and catching whatever bites!

Janet Cohen
We did not go out of Fort Myers. We launched from St. James City on Pine Island so I cannot rate Fort Myers.

Dennis Gebken
Weather can fluctuate greatly. Inshore is a safer bet when booking in advance because you're not as dependent on ocean conditions.

Jonathan Martin
Just get out on the water there is plenty of wildlife to see and plenty of amazing views and spots with great fish

Tyler Hinze
Great if you’re not looking to target a big fish but want to catch a lot everyone caught 10+ fish in our short 4 hour trip.

Fishing in Fort Myers was amazing. I’ve been fishing many times and fishing there was one of the best experiences I’ve had.

Florida is always tricky when it comes to the weather. But if you get the chance to fish I would highly recommend it.

Great experience, calm water and plenty of fishing spots. Capt. Charles Fishing Charter is the man to see...

Request Capt Dillon at salt water excursion as your guide, he works really hard to make your trip a good one memorable.

If your fishing in the Ft Meyers area in the spring stay around the Mangroves as they are plenty of fish to be caught and a large variety active!

Unpredictable weather made targeting Tarpon not feasible. Did hit some snook in Mangroves, 1 nice 30 inch keeper.

Look at the fishing reports for the time of year you are planning on coming to select a target species

Get out on the water with one of the many very professional captains and give it a try. Truly a memorable experience.

Had a great time but it certainly was hot!! Would like to try the same thing during the fall or spring.

Hard to tell about the area in general as we only had the one experience which was not what we expected.

Wear gear for protection from the sun. Don't forget the sunscreen. Plan on a wonderful experience of fishing and observing the wonderful scenery.

Try the inland fishing in the shallows to site fish along the Mangroves, you never know what may be leaving in the shadows of each cast.

John Gaiero
Talk to the captain ahead of time, align your expectations with the captain, enjoy.

Luca Jansen
Probably not for snook, would just go in summer. Other species were good though.

Kim Walters - Knebel
We just didn't ask question about cabin or bathroom facilities on boat. Our mistake not Captain

JoAnne Lefelstein
If you are going out in January, wear lots of layers for warmth. Mornings can be quite chilly.

Doug Whatmore
Make sure you get weather report. If it's under 65 wear a jacket or sweatshirt trust me.

Mike Yarborough
Ask for Captain Dalton! Bring some layers, if fishing in the morning and have fun!
