Nice marina easy to find with a good breakfast out of the mini mart on sight. fishing grounds for us were an hour out so not to bad and the restaurant on sight cooked the fish up for us at the end of the day!

Great trip with Jeff and Jose! They know how to fish! Gear is top notch We got 3 sailfish and 1 blue marlin. We lost another fish and had 4-5 other opportunities at billfish! We took our wives on this trip. They had a great time watching dolphins, whales and got their first sailfish! I have fished many places and this trip was one of the best! Highly recommended!!

This trip was amazing. Caught a couple monster Mahi Mahi (which we had a restaurant in the marina cook for us at the recommendation of the Captain). Hooked into some Sailfish. The Captain and his first mate were experts. Also very patient and accommodating considering Iโm a novice at salt water fishing. 10/10 would recommend!! Thanks to the Captain and his first mate!!

We had an excellent time with fishing with Bucket List ! They were very professional and worked hard all day long changing lures and bait to try and hook some fish for us - we caught a yellow fin and a dorado while on our adventure and got to see flying fish, bottle nose and white dolphins! A very memorable day for sure and would do it again ! Definitely recommend- review is from a couple hailing from post falls Idaho

Canโt say enough great things about our day on the Bucket List. The Captain and mateโs expertise and experience were apparent from start to finish. The fish werenโt biting at first but as soon as they started we quickly caught our limit of tuna and mahi. To top it off they found a few billfish. Couldnโt have asked for better day. We brought 50+ lbs of fish home from vacation, amazing.

We spent the whole day trip trolling about 5 miles out. After the first 5-10 mahi we were ready to go for something else. Not too sound ungrateful, but we were ready to target a new species. We stayed and did the same exact thing. Ended up catching nearly 35 mahi. With that being said, if I pay for a full day I expect to target billfish/rooster after catching the same fish for almost 9 hours. Book half day with them OR MAKE IT A POINT AT THE DOCK WHAT YOU WANT TO FISH FOR

On 11/3/2021, a group of 3 of us went on a 3/4 day trip with Bucket List. We had a great, successful, fun day! The seas were pretty rough, but being from Wyoming, we are use to rough conditions. It didn't stop Captain Jeff and his mate Jose (skinny man). They toughed it out right along with us and led us on to catch many Dorado. Will definitely rebook with Bucket List when back in Costa Rica. 100% recommend!!!

Weโve never had much luck on fishing charters. However that was definitely not the case this time around! We started catching Mahi 10 minutes after the lines were in - we caught 8+ Mahi before noon. We werenโt expecting to catch any sailfish after being told itโs been slow, but we landed 5!! All were 80-120 lbs. This was definitely an amazing experience and Jose was awesome

Weather and some finicky fish stopped us from an excellent day aboard the the Good Day but still landed some nice fish including my first sail. That's not to say the experience wasn't excellent! Owner/mate Benn walked us through every step... from bait, to spreaders, to teasers, to tactics. I've been out a few times before and was impressed. I will be going back to Costa Rica and will call Benn and the Good Day first!

Captain and crew were amazing. Great boat. Perfect tackle and equipment. Worked hard to get us on fish and when changed plans when necessary. Ended up with tired arms from reeling in tuna after catching a nice sailfish. Great job and I would highly recommend this captain and his impressive boat.

We had a great day. The crew took excellent care of us. Our 13 year old son caught a Pacific Sailfish, we also caught a Dorado (mahi-mahi), and Bonita. We didnโt get a lot of bites but it was a successful day, in addition to the fish we caught we saw numerous sea turtles, dolphins and even a humpback whale. It was memorable day that we are sure to carry with us for all time.

Turn key, Christian meet us in the morning and greeted us when we returned. All beverages were available and lunch was great. Coco our first mate offered snacks often and constantly worked the baits, a real pro. Our captain Tojo but us on fish and was a master if backing down on the fish. My only suggestions would be , need drink holders and beers cozys. You need your hands to reel all the fish in and donโt want your beer getting warm. 1 blue marlin 1 sailfish and six tuna keepers. Great day!!!

We fished the Good Day with Captain Manuel and Mate Santos. Early in the day we hooked up to a 100# Tuna, fought it for an hour but lost it at the boat. During the fight we were visited by a school of Pilot whales yards from the boat. Fishing slowed down, but Capt Manuel didn't give up. Without having to ask or say a word they stayed overtime till we hooked and released a 7' sailfish.
We will definitly fish with these guys next time were in Quepos.

They know how to fish and they do whatever it takes to have a fun day on the water and catch fish. Lunch and snakes was great, plenty of food and drink.

"Good Day" was neat, tidy and clean. Captain Manual handled the boat beautifully.

Turn key, Christian meet us in the morning and greeted us when we returned. All beverages were available and lunch was great. Coco our first mate offered snacks often and constantly worked the baits, a real pro. Our captain Tojo but us on fish and was a master if backing down on the fish. My only suggestions would be , need drink holders and beers cozys. You need your hands to reel all the fish in and donโt want your beer getting warm. 1 blue marlin 1 sailfish and six tuna keepers. Great day!!!

We fished the Good Day with Captain Manuel and Mate Santos. Early in the day we hooked up to a 100# Tuna, fought it for an hour but lost it at the boat. During the fight we were visited by a school of Pilot whales yards from the boat. Fishing slowed down, but Capt Manuel didn't give up. Without having to ask or say a word they stayed overtime till we hooked and released a 7' sailfish.
We will definitly fish with these guys next time were in Quepos.
