Edmonds Coho Salmon Fishing Charters

This is a shared 6-hour charter that will see you light tackle fishing for Salmon and other species. The captain likes the active approach to fishing where all of the customers can fish simultaneously without taking turns on rods. No sitting and waiting on this trip! If there are only 2 people on a shared charter, the trip turns into a 4-hour private charter at no additional cost.

With more time on the water come more opportunities to hook more fish! Capt. Cary will make it his priority to put you on the bite, and you can look forward to finding sizeable Chinook Salmon on your line. Bring your fishing license, dress in layers, and packing your raingear is also a good idea.

June through early October is Salmon season in the Puget Sound! Trolling is the most effective method here and you'll go after summer Chinook earlier in the season before moving onto Coho and Pinks in the fall. From January until the end of April, you'll also have the chance to hook into winter Blackmouth. No need to worry about gear, Capt. Dale brings along everything you need. Feel free to bring along any drinks and snacks you'd like to enjoy or help yourself to water and sodas from the onboard cooler.

We only run private Charters on a 2025 Duckworth 30xl. Theres a full head and comfortable seating arrangement. This charter is for a 5-6hr fishing adventure. Private charters are ideal for groups who do not want to share the boat with anyone else. Your charter fishing departs from Shilshole Bay Marina in Seattle. Just a short ride from downtown Seattle, it's convenient for locals and visitors alike. We operate between June and October, when fishing conditions are ideal. One day fishing license are $13 per person available at the boat.

Catch resident Blackmouth King Salmon with light tackle and herring technique called “mooching”. The method is interactive and hands on for every angler in the boat whether you are a novice or seasoned angler. We prefer this highly effective technique over trolling. Season is open in April from Wednesday to Saturday for king salmon.
