Take some nausea meds the night before and the morning of your trip. (Had a couple get sea sick). Bring your muscles and a strong back to reel these fish in. They all fight like crazy!

Kim Norris
Remember it’s fishing not catching. Some days are slow, but these guys make it a good time either way. But we caught several!!!!

Captain Mike was fantastic! He was so friendly and helpful. Made our experience awesome!! Wonderful day to fish!

Robert Setser
It's hot, pack sunscreen. Our captain had plenty of water, but I would recommend packing some light snacks/sandwiches for longer trips (5 hours or more).

Go take the Old Coast Charter with Captain Will and his First Mate Jake, these guys are the real deal!!!

Jackson Cavett
Amazing fishing charter experience. Captain Chris was a great guide and made sure we had a the best time and caught fish. I highly recommend this charter!!!!

Inshore is the better option for inexperienced anglers and those who may lack the strength for deep sea catches.

Jacob Smith
Water was choppy but the captain and crew made it as comfortable as possible and still got us on the water for the chance to get fish

Janice Phelps
Check the weather and make sure everyone in your group is up for the sea conditions and plan to get some spray if you go offshore. Otherwise, stay inshore.

Ricky Lavin
Just make sure to call the captain ahead of time. Find out what species is biting and ask what you should bring along that is not provided

Aspen Thompson
Captain Ed, personable, service minded, found the fish, provided a great experience, great fun. I'd recommend Fishstick

Kurt Welch
Call or email the Captain if you are able, just give them an idea of what you would like to do on your trip so they can help male it happen for you!

Jay Terrell
Book it!! You'll have guaranteed fun. We booked 4 hour's. But decided to add 2 hour's because we were having to much fun.

Jorge Cherta
It is a great service that he did for us on Thursday, March 14, but the filleting does not do it well.

Micheal Domineck
Remember it's fishing not catching. It might be slow in the winter months but pay attention to what your guides tell you is key to having a great time fishing.

Don't be disappointed if you can't keep any fish. Our first fishing trip was over Labor Day weekend 2023, all we caught were red snappers and couldn't keep them since they weren't in season.

Dustin Carter
Book a fall or spring trip! The water is cold and the fish didn’t cooperate as well as we wanted but the captain still got the lines tight!

Mike Myrick
Weather was perfect and variety of fish caught for someone with minimal saltwater experience is a great way to gather knowledge.

Get a guide or spend a lot of time talking to guys (they all seem to be guys) at the bait & tackle shops or those already fishing on the beaches and piers

Book with a reputable Captain. Listen to your Captain. Respect the boat. The rest falls into place, which is a fun day fishing and catching.

Jay Hays
Listen to the Captains recommended ways to catch fish. Be opened minded and enjoy the beautiful nature and the wonderful water views. Look for sea turtles and manatees. Tight lines to you all.

We've rented two charter boats each time we visited and had a great time- everyone caught multiple fish! The captains always go out of their way to make sure everyone has a good time

If there’s a full moon nearing and if the water is dirty don’t fish. They king mackerel can’t see your live bait. Other than that great overall experience really look forward to the next trip.

Get with Captain James! Fishing from shore was tough. Wish we would of booked earlier in the week so we could of taken another trip!

This was a great trip for us being out on the sea in a boat to fish. We hope to visit again and will definitely call Dave to take us back out.

Definitely recommend going with someone who is familiar with the area, knowledgeable about the tide and bait to be using.

They need to hire Capt Mike Likley..best money I ever spent. Had a blast with my family..the man knows how to put his boat on fish. Can't wait to do it again next year!

Bottom fishing for flounder proved to be productive! Snagged some decent size blues in the process as well
