Fishing Booker is actually wrong, I believe, in this boat's location. This particular boat is out of Islamarada. Not sure it matters unless you actually wanted to fish Key Largo.

Make sure to reserve time for more than one day fishing. Don't go out if any whitecaps are visible, and make sure you can cancel without getting stuck with full cost.

Don't. Go elsewhere. I've been to lots better. I've tried it 4 times now. I'm not going to bother with the keys again. Canceling plans for next year.
