We had a blast. I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to do some beginning or expertise fishing. Don’t expect to be going out deep-sea fishing. You’ll need a full day or longer to do big fish but if you plan on catching some pretty decent size fish and the opportunity to catch some bigger ones offshore around 40 to 30 feet we got tons of different types of fish even if we couldn’t keep them due to season. It was still a blast to catch them and release

If you really want to know what's going on in the area. Do a 3 to4 hour guide of fishing. The captains will tell you the best restaurants, fishing and entertainment. Then you could ever read on the internet. Captain Sean from Dreamaker was great.

Unfortunately I haven’t done a lot of ocean fishing so I’m not sure what if we caught normal amount but it was still an awesome experience and day on the water. Unfortunately my snook was 1/2 inch short for keeping it.

These guys had a huge boat that had tons of room with 4 walls and a roof for those that don't want to be punished by the heat of the Floridian sun with the option to also fish outside in the Floridian sun. And they have a bathroom which is one of the big factors why I chose this charter. This charter is family-friendly and you will catch tons of fish because they know the hot spots.

The weather and water conditions play a big role in a fishing experience. You never know what fish will be biting. The nice thing that Captain Jason has done is to find alternatives for the fishing experience. Since the common fish were not biting and we were catching catfish, he had us focus on catching sharks. Now this was totally unexpected….and fun!

Our fishing trip was in 35' of water, yet we booked a deep sea excursion. The names of the fishing companies was confusing from our booking. "All In Fishing” was the name on the shirts they wore, but the boat was A & B, and the confirmation messages were from" Fishing Boomker".

Our trip was not specifically for fishing, more for a combination of shelling, fishing and bird/dolphin watching. We only caught a couple of fish, but we did not fish very long so were pleased with what we caught.

Id recommend Capt Marc. The day we went out, two of the people were inexperienced in fishing. Capt Marc not only showed them how to cast and techniques for fishing, he worked hard to make sure they had a super day…. And he was successful in every way!!!

The two times I fished offshore near Naples have been nonstop action and numerous species. Each time we saw dolphins, enormous sea turtles, sharks and more. It’s a great place to fish with kids or the whole family.

Definitely go with a guide. I am an avid fisherman in the upper Midwest but i learned a lot from the Captain about bait selection, rigging, techniques, and tides, that i wouldn't have know how to navigate on my own.
It is an investment but pays off dividends with knowledge you receive.

We did not do a real fishing trip, but should have so its hard to grade the fishing in Naples, but on a real fishing trip I'm sure it is good, because we saw photos of good fishing in the brochure.....

Early March is still "winter" in Naples. Cold front came through and we had North and Northwest winds which caused dirty water on the inbound tide in the Bays. 3rd week of March on becomes more consistent as the "summer" season begins.

Choose a vessel and trip length appropriate for your angling skills and experience, endurance, affordability, and time available.
Don't expect big game on a half day trip on a big boat, and conversely don't expect comfort on a small but fast open fisherman. Most importantly, talk to your captain....tell him or her what you expect, and they'll tell you what experience they can provide.

Find a reputable & experienced company to charter your trip. Don’t set your expectations too high, fish are unpredictable. Book a full day trip, this will get you further out in the ocean where the bigger fish are at.

We did not catch anything sensational, but the experience was well worth it! We would definitely book again, but this time call Captain Mark directly to inquire about tide and best time/day to fish!

Yes this is a great family vacation highlight! My kids have not stopped talking about how much fun they had! The clean and bagged the fish we caught and recommended a great restaurant close by that would cook our catch!!!

While the fish tend to gather near mangrove roots, you may want to practice your casting in open waters to get a better sense of how far your line will travel. It is relatively easy to overcast and snag your hook and line on the mangrove roots and have to put on a new hook when you break the line to get untangled. Also, bring someone that really enjoys fishing along with you.

I think there are so many different fish to catch! We did the morning trip, it was overcast but it was great! I think with the right captain, like Captain Rob with Runnin the Flats it will be great!

Gerry Mcclendon
Definitely do the morning 1/2 day trip. Very hot 10:30am. The bite definitely slowed as the morning wore on.

Steve Morico
Dress properly!!! The sun is intense and you may run into mosquitoes. Have plenty of water on hand and get ready to not only enjoy fishing but the Everglades and wildlife

Steve Rolfes
If you want a family friendly great atmosphere I would highly recommend Captain Dean!

Andrea Greene
Note the importance of tides vs times when booking a charter for optimal fishing

Adam Spates
It was a great trip. The conditions were not perfect and the report said the fishing was slow. Sean moved us around and found a very productive spot. We caught about 30 fish and my son had a blast.

Boyd Williams
I recommend going with all in fishing charter. Captain Jim and his first mate Jackson were the best and made our experience for the eight of us as positive and memorable as it could’ve been.

Lucy Sheldon
Research the fish you’re likely to catch, practice casting if it’s within your means, be patient and have fun

Jason Caruso
Plenty of fish inshore/near shore. No need to go way out in the gulf if all you want to do is catch fish.

Stephen Hodges
We caught enough fish to keep the kids happy. We were not just fishing......We wanted the full experance of shelling, fishing and sight seeing....we got all of it.
And Dolphins as well!

John Yessis
Check for red tide and of course spring would be better. Do your homework and set expectations accordingly. Luckily our captain helped us with this prior.

Book a Charter with Dreamaker and Sean will take all the worry out of a great fishing trip. Targeted or multi species let Sean's experience work for you.

Yes! Captain Bill also provided a small cooler with ice and waters as well as life jackets for our younger crew member (7 y/o). The kids had a blast!
