Bring plenty of waters or hydration style drinks, make sure you have sunscreen and or UV shirts. Be ready to enjoy yourself and have a great time.

Sherri Lindquist
Bring plenty of water or something to drink. Wear shoes that are okay to get wet. If you are fishing during the day wear sunscreen or long sleeves.

William Kendrick
Stay friendly with the captain and tip well and they will hook you up right and take real good care of you

Eddie Butler
Make sure the weather is going to be good, go to the ports and watch boats come in to see the actual success before you book

Chris Moore
Book with Jermey at Got-Em fishing charters. Not only will you catch good fish but you will not be disappointed with the service either.

George Andreadis
Very great atmosphere on the boat kids loved fishing in Panama City. Captain took care of us, very confident in him. Thank you, look forward to seeing you again

Johnathon Huff
Make sure you have some sun screen, a hat with sunglasses, motion sickness pills and plenty of energy! we got fish at every stop so be ready

RAY DEVRIES
Absolutely. Very knowledgeable captain and good equipment. We set out just to catch fish and we certainly did that.

Natasha Cole
The weather has a mind of it’s own so just be patient and understand that sometimes plans have to change.

Terri Wilson
Since it is so hot, be sure to bring water and sunscreen. We had cooling neck towels that helped too.

Tamika Craig
Stay hydrated. It will be pretty hot, but if you book early in the morning for a 4-hour trip, you will make it back before it gets really hot.

Michele Moorehead
Don’t get discouraged if the catching starts out a little slow. Trust Captain Clay and Solomon they will help you get fish in the boat.

Derrick Watson
Try to find as much information as you can about the weather. The captain can’t do much to help you when the wind blows and the ocean gets rough

Benigno Llamazales
Pay attention to seasonal restrictions on fish. We were hoping to catch and keep grouper and red snapper but had to throw them back because they were not caught in season.

Chris Wulff
We went with My Fishing Co. and he did amazing for adults and kids!! He was very nice and friendly to all of us. He was very helpful!! We would go again!!

Merritt Wise
Go bottom fishing because red snapper are out of season and there are alot of them. It's fun but you can't keep them

Definitely check Captain Justin out and see if he is available. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Danny Hokett
Be ready for a fight of a life time with the fish, and if you have motion sickness bring something for it and take the night before and the next morning.

Andrew Klimek
We had great weather, Red Snapper was not in season, caught a few but had to throw them back. Caught plenty of grunts, squirrel fish, and vermillion snapper.

Wendy James
It was great. There were storms a few days before and it was a bit windy at the end but our captain was a pro in navigating the chop!

Kyle Fischer
If you have a 7 y/o fishing for the first time, do an inshore fishing trip. The water isn’t rough, you’ll catch fish, and you’ll see plenty of wildlife and dolphins.

Justin Stroud
Wind/water conditions changed daily in the spring. Find an experienced/local Captain and he will definitely increase your success. Hurricane Fishing Charters is second to none, he’s the man!

Pamela Berres
The winds were way too strong to head out into the gulf. Fishing in the bay was fun, but we would have loved to get out there.

Miranda Martin
I gave fishing in March 3 stars because the weather not because of the Captain or deck hand. It was fun but it would’ve been more enjoying if we would’ve waited til May or June

David Noll
Keep your expectations real. Make it as much about the overall experience as much as the expectations of fish.

Understand that depending on the size of the boat and what is in season, you might need to adjust your expectations but you'll have a good time regardless.

Amber Sinke
The keeper fish weren’t biting. We caught 3 that were too small to keep, but no other fish we could keep.

You need lots of water and sunscreen. There is no shade on the ocean. Long sleeve fishing shirts and sun hats are a good idea as well.

Dillon Phillips
Was really hoping to get on some large fish but must not have been the right time of year but still have fun and the captain made sure we were catching fish

Keith Hardin
Reach out to Captain James before booking and he will give you some good advice about best time to go , and what to expect
