Outer Banks Deep sea Fishing Charters

Those looking for the ultimate experience should book an Outer Banks offshore fishing charter. Anglers, beginner or pro, can look forward to an entire day of adventure in the OBX 30 to 40 miles offshore. Whether we are trolling, kite fishing, or using the 'green stick', the action is incredible. There is nothing like seeing tuna come out of the water and hit the bait! On this trip, we catch tuna, mahi, wahoo, and billfish.

A full-day trip offers the opportunity to travel up to 30 miles offshore, where you can target Seabass, Tilefish, and Grouper, along with Amberjack and King Mackerel. A fishing license and all necessary gear are provided. Weather conditions will determine whether the trip can run offshore. The boat is new and equipped with a generator and air conditioning for added comfort.

This 11-hour adventure is reserved for hard-core anglers! You start very early in the morning and head out offshore. This is the best chance to target Tuna, Sailfish, Wahoo, Mahi Mahi, and many other big game species. Your fishing equipment is fully covered.

Leave Oregon Inlet and fish all day in the amazing blue waters of the Gulf Stream on a beautiful Blackwell 40' Express boat. Get in the action while catching everything from Tuna (all types) to Mahi Mahi to all types of billfish. Keep in mind the mate works for tips: 15-20% of trip cost. Fish cleaning is provided at an additional cost.

Our Nearshore charters are usually done within sight of the beach. The six-hour (extended half-day charters) gives more time and range for migrating fish. Most nearshore trips are done trolling small spoons or similar lures around schools of Bluefish and Spanish Mackeral.

These 4 hour nearshore or inshore charters are ideal for vacationing families with young anglers as well as folks that just want to enjoy the nearshore waters and scenery of the Outer Banks. The sea conditions are always plenty calm in a seaworthy boat like Sea Hag and the educational experiences are as valuable as the fishing success. Methods include trolling and/or bottom fishing for species like Spanish Mackerel, Bluefish, Flounder, Sea Mullet, Cobia, and Drum.

Get ready, we are going to the Gulfstream! When you get to the fishing grounds, be ready to reel in some Tuna, Mahi, Wahoo, and/or Billfish! Pack your own food and drinks and leave the rest to Roanoke Sportfishing!

On full-day trips, we head out of Oregon Inlet, traveling 40–50 miles to the Gulfstream. From May to late September, target mahi, wahoo, black/yellowfin/bigeye tuna, white marlin, sailfish, and the legendary blue marlin. Trips may run slightly longer than 12 hours. All tackle is provided, and we don't leave until the box is full and our customers are smiling. Get ready for an unforgettable OBX fishing adventure!

THIS TRIP IS 4 PEOPLE MAXIMUM! This is a fun-filled day trip. Depending on the weather, you may spend the day in the sound or head out into the ocean. There is a wide variety of fish to be caught on this trip, from Cobia to Drum. Plenty of room for your group on our 33' open fisherman. We have a restroom onboard.
