Michigan Brown Trout Fishing Charters

This trip is a full day of chasing Trout on one of Michigan's finest rivers. The use of fly rods, reels and all necessary tackle is included on all fly trips. Spinning gear and tackle can also be supplied. Full day trips include a stream-side lunch. (1 or 2 anglers) 3rd person can be added if we are fishing from the Jet Sled.(only)

This exciting 6-hour trip will see you battling Chinook Salmon, Steelhead, and Brown Trout with an experienced captain guiding your way. You'll be provided with everything needed for a successful day on the water.

This 6-hour trip will have you mainly targeting Salmon. There is also the chance to catch other species in season. You'll mostly be trolling, making this trip great for the kids and novice anglers. You must buy a fishing license before the day of the trip. You can bring food and drink along with you, just no glass on board. Wear warm clothing in layers. Don't forget sunglasses to help with the glare off of the water.

You'll have more opportunities to cast your line further down the Manistee River and spend more time working with you on your preferred techniques. Steelhead and Brown Trout, as well as Coho and Chinook Salmon, are all there for the taking. All you need for this trip is drinks, food, snacks, and a valid fishing license.

Come do battle with some of the biggest fish in Michigan. We will be fishing either body baits or floating skein underneath a bobber in September. All rods have spinning reels with long rods. In October, we bottom bounce beads and yard with spinning reels. All you need is a license and warm clothes, I have all the gear you will need. The peak time where I can guide is Sep 25 - Oct 15 for Salmon. Most of September is on the Betsie. If i am already booked you will be fishing with my other guide Keygan
