Costa Rica Spear Fishing Charters

Have the waters all to yourself! Enjoy some catch-and-release action for Sailfish and Roosterfish. Catch Tuna, Snapper, Mackerel, Mahi-Mahi, and Wahoo. We can prepare sashimi or ceviche right on board to enjoy immediately or filet your catch to take to a local restaurant to prepare a meal for the whole family. Sportfishing is available for up to 5 adult guests. ​ All tours include snacks and drinks.

This offshore adventure leaves at dawn and it'll take you about an hour to get to the desired fishing spot. Once there, you'll fish all day and head back to the port around 5:30 PM. You'll get the chance to try out a variety of techniques and target many popular species such as Sailfish, Mahi Mahi, Roosterfish, and Marlin.

Full day offshore : chance to catch trophy marlins, mahi-mahi, sailfish, tuna and wahoo, or you can use this time to fish offshore. Sandwiches, snacks and drinks are included on this trip, so you just need some sun protection. You'll enjoy an 8-hour journey to the area's offshore or inshore waters. Offshore you can fish for Sailfish, Marlin, Tuna, and Dorado, while inshore waters offer you to chase Snapper and Roosterfish. The captain provides everything you need except for fly fishing gear.

You can experience the local's way of fishing on the beautiful Tamarindo coast. Mornings are the prime time to go fishing in this area. Big game fishing targeting species such as Mahi-Mahi, Tunas (black and yellowfin), Sailfish are part of the main goal. If we do coastal fishing, we aim for Rooster fish and Amberjacks. Bottled water, sodas, chips, beer, and fresh fruit are provided. We look forward to fishing with you!
