Costa Rica Spear Fishing Charters

Costa Rica is blessed with some of the best fishing in the world. While made famous by its offshore fishing based out of the port of Flamingo, Costa Rica also offers some of the most exciting inshore fishing in the world. On our half day inshore trips we angle for Mahi Mahi, Cubera Snapper, Yellowfin Tuna, Jack Crevalle, and the pride of Costa Rica waters, the Roosterfish (a great fighting fish that will leave your arms tired and a smile on your face).

You'll enjoy an 8-hour journey to the area's offshore or inshore waters. Offshore you can fish for Sailfish, Marlin, Tuna, and Dorado, while inshore waters offer you to chase Snapper and Roosterfish. The captain provides everything you need except for fly fishing gear.

You can experience the local's way of fishing on the beautiful Tamarindo coast. Mornings are the prime time to go fishing in this area. Big game fishing targeting species such as Mahi-Mahi, Tunas (black and yellowfin), Sailfish are part of the main goal. If we do coastal fishing, we aim for Rooster fish and Amberjacks. Bottled water, sodas, chips, beer, and fresh fruit are provided. We look forward to fishing with you!

Experience the thrill of spearfishing on a half-day reef tour in the Costa Rican Pacific Ocean waters. Join our experienced and knowledgeable guides who will take you to the best reefs in the area where you can target a variety of fish species such as Cubera snapper, Red snapper, snook, and barracuda. After a brief introduction to proper spearfishing techniques and safety, you'll set out on a boat to reach the prime spearfishing spots.

Half: About 5 hours on board with coast fishing, we include fresh fruits and snacks with refreshing drinks. We also offer the total equipment required on board for having the best trip on the sea.

this is a spearfishing trip, we get close and personal with the ocean and all its inhabitants. The Garmin always come handy and we are well equipped with double wall ice cooler for your catches, lots of storage space for your personal belongings and the boat is equipped with GPS and fish finder as well as a radio and all safety equipment and fishing gears.
