Texas Amberjack Fishing Charters

Head out first thing in the morning to catch the early bite of a range of exciting and delicious fish in Texas' productive inshore waters. Spend at least 5 hours on the water, going after Redfish, Trout, Flounder, Sheepshead, Mackerel, Catfish, Shark, and many more tough-fighting species. Using light tackle, you'll get the most out of your time aboard, and each of the beauties will test your skills to the max. Live bait is available at the customer's expense.

This is a great way to experience the best of Port Aransas' waters! This trip is for up to 6 people and will see you offshore fishing for Sharks, Mackerel, Red Snapper, and Grouper, among others. Bring lunch, sunscreen, and some protective clothes, as well as a fishing license. Your captain will provide all the fishing gear you need! Please check with the captain if there is an extra fuel surcharge for offshore trips.

Please note, there is a fuel cost on top of the trip price and customers should take that into account when making a reservation. All fishing gear and bait are included in the price. You'll head out around 40 miles to the fishing grounds, which will take around 1 hour, targeting Red and Lane Snapper, Kingfish, and Amberjack. You must buy a fishing license before the day of the trip. Pick up can be arranged by boat if 5 miles from the dock.

An 8-hour private charter. Spend a day in the Gulf of Mexico and have an offshore fishing adventure! During your eight hours, you'll have an opportunity to target possible Red Snapper, King Mackerel, Tuna, Amberjack, Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, and Ling, depending upon the season and sea/weather conditions. The tackle and bait will be provided. Note: A possible fuel surcharge may be added when marine fuel prices rise. Please inquire.

Weather permitting 8-hour trips can go 30+ miles offshore to the "rocks" or natural banks. Here a variety of reef fish can be caught such as Amberjack, Almaco Jack, Vermillion, Grey, Lane, and Red Snapper as well as many others. Trolling these areas during summer months can produce all the major pelagic species including but not limited to Mahi Mahi, Billfish, Blackfin Tuna, Wahoo, and Kings.

Enjoy your fishing experience on the gorgeous and fish-rich waters off Corpus Christi, TX. You'll be fishing for 10 hours out into the Gulf, where you'll experience trolling for your favorite game fish, reef fishing for various gulf species, or rig fishing for Cobia and Kings.

This 12-hour offshore adventure runs up to 80 miles off the coast. You will target Snapper, Grouper, Kingfish, and Tuna. The species availability is dependent on the time of year, and government opening and closing of certain fisheries. No fuel surcharge.

This is the crew's most popular year-round trip! It gives you enough time to get out to the structures where the sea monsters live. This trip may yield any of the following – Snapper, Amberjack, Grouper, Mahi, Kingfish, Wahoo, Cobia, sharks, and even the occasional billfish when luck strikes!

NO FUEL CHARGE & FISH CLEANING INCLUDED. Our 12 hr trip is a deep water trip targeting the Gulf's deep water fishes. In addition to amberjack and red snapper, which are subject to seasonal closures, you will have a shot at grouper, tuna, vermillion snapper, other snapper, wahoo, king mackerel and mahi. This trip is an all day trip and may travel as far out as 100 miles to connect with the target species. Our 33ft Contender with 600 hp is a comfortable, fast ride for maximum time fishing.

This 8-hour offshore trip gives us plenty of time to reach deeper waters and target a wide variety of prized species. Depending on the season and conditions, we can go after Red Snapper (seasonal), Vermillion Snapper, Amberjack, Kingfish, Cobia, Mahi Mahi, and Grouper—plus anything else that might be lurking below the surface. With more time on the water, you’ll have even better chances at landing quality fish and filling the cooler with an impressive catch.
