Weather is always a crap shoot, but the fish are out there. Its easy to find a great boat to fish with.

Yes, if this is your first time going out take your motion sickness pills at night and again in the morning. Good luck fishing.
Safe seas and plenty of fish,

The only reason it wasn’t what we expected was only due to the weather and out of our control but we still had a great time

Wayne Bockstanz
Hagerstown, MD
We fished in a canal, on the pier, on the Judith M (head boat) and with Sportsfishing East Coast. In all that had more fish than we could eat. A Great trip!!

Craig Williams
Carlisle, Pennsylvania
Take trip for sea bass easy first time catch, good eating, lots of fun. Don't judge the trip by the size of the boat but the history of the captain.

Jeffrey Smith
Colorado Springs, CO
We had a great day catching sea bass. Not an expert on fishing though, so do your own research before signing on.

Carolyn Zerbe
Strasburg, Pennsylvania
The waters were rough due to a storm the previous day, so no one was catching anything. We really enjoyed our time out on the bay though!

Jonathan Brackbill
Spring City, PA
You have the benefit of fishing the back bays, the inlet or the ocean all in close proximity to each other.

Keep an open mind. There are lots of species to be caught. Any day spent fishing is a day well spent.

Bay fishing wasn’t good cause of the water temp definitely don’t expect to catch many big fish in bay in July when the water is warm

Stephen Gale
Knightdale, NC
Hire a guide for fishing to help locate your targeted species, Every area has different things to learn.

If you're not used to being on a boat, bring dramamine, sun screen, and dress (in layers) for 10-15 degrees colder than the expected temperature and let the captain and mate do their job.

Tom Kuser
Washington, District Of Columbia
Pick this charter, the Captain is very knowledgeable about the fish your trying to catch and were to find them

Tom Mason
Claymont, DE
Check with local fishing report before you book. Most people told us we were too early for big bite in shore, but too late for tuna etc.

Christopher Messmer
Pittsburgh, PA
If you want to catch fish, book a charter. I've done two and both captains were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly at a modest price.

Dennis Carlton-jones
Estero, FL
Despite the best efforts of our captain we did not get many bites. We only landed 4 fish of which 1 was a keeper. A pleasant time on the water but not good fishing.

John Woodward
Hatfield, MA
Once you have booked a trip, contact captain for info on conditions and types of fish that have been hitting. Captain Tony Battista was very informative about where and what to expect.

Christopher Messmer
Pittsburgh, PA
Lots of charter information available on line. Do your research to find a charter that fills your needs.

Wear something warm and waterproof for the trip in and the trip back.. you will get wet and the water is cold!!!

John Zylka
Would definitely try it out. Its a no worry situation and nothing to be nervous about.

Amy Meusel
Yes HIGHLY recommend! The captain and mate were SUPER knowledgeable and took care of everything!

Randi Reeder
Wear sunscreen and don't be afraid to ask your captain any questions. They are great!

James Tomoney
Try to find someone who is local to the area and really enjoys being on the water.

Mark Kapitula
If you have the right Captain like Dustin Lorah…we will take you where you need to be!

Tanesha Savage
Not sure.. everyday is different just because I have bad day someone my be better.

Jennifer Sheridan
Just do it! Find a good charter like Bottom Bouncer Fishing and just have fun. It’s worth it.

Nikole Pierre
Drop your line to the bottom of the ocean floor and be patient the fish will bite!

Jeffrey Soule
At least the bay is a terrible place to fish. I assume the ocean would be better.

Casey Lalli
Obviously it's hot and sunny! Bring good sun protection and lots of liquids to drink!

Eric Vasilchik
Definitely a family trip, or a trip just for some guys getting out for a few hours fishing.
