What would you recommend to anglers fishing in Key West, Florida for the first time?

Weather was rainy then out came the sun a little later.....great time on the water!

Lots of barracuda, snapper and sharks. ran into some bonefish but they werent willing to commit

If it's your first time, take Dramamine the night before and an hour before your trip. Worked well for multiple boat trips with varying conditions.

The weather was great. Not too hot! It was a little windy but Captain John knew how to get into the quiet spots out of the wind. I really like the end of April fishing here.

Take the motion sickness pills 1 hour before. It won't hurt if you don't need it, but once you feel sick, it is too late.

Pick a good charter such as Reef Runner and then trust your captain and crew to do the best for you. They know their fishery and they will work there hardest to give you a great day on the water.

I highly recommend flats fishing in December. The fish are plentiful and the scenery is incredible.
